'Enter and View' for Healthwatch Worcestershire

Volunteers are being sought across Worcestershire for an 'Enter and View' role to support Healthwatch.

Enter and View is one of the tools available to Healthwatch to find out about people's experiences of health and social care.

Enter and View is not an inspection. It involves:

  1. authorised representatives entering settings where health and social care services are conducted;
  2. talking to patients, their families, carers and staff in order to find out their views and experiences;
  3. observing how well services are being delivered and needs are being met.

Enter and View volunteers will be trained in how to carry out this role. You must be using or entitled to use health and/or social care services in Worcestershire

Apply

For North Worcestershire (Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest areas), email Ann Sowton - ann@barn.org.uk or telephone 01527 60282

For all other areas in Worcestershire (Wychavon, Worcester and Malvern Hills) contact Ann Havas - ann@wvc.org.uk or telephone 01905 24741.
