Patient Transport Service - Have Your Say

The three Worcestershire CCGs are set to begin the process of re-procuring the Patient Transport Service.

The Patient Transport Service is for patients with a medical need - meaning they require transport to and from hospital or other healthcare services for outpatient appointments and inpatient treatment. The service provides for a range of clinical circumstances such as, a patient may need to be transported lying down or to have oxygen while travelling.

If you would like to find out more about the service and have your say to help shape the future service please see the attached document which outlines the new proposals, or visit the South Worcestershire CCG site here.

The document includes a survey which you can complete and return by post,  or you can complete the survey online here. The deadline for this engagement period is Monday 2nd June.

There will also be a public meeting on Tuesday 27th May at St Peter's Baptist Church Centre, Eden Close, Worcester, WR5 3TZ, starting at 6pm, where you can speak with the commissioners and tell them your experiences.
