Bookings are now open for the VCS Conference which is being held on Wednesday 7th December at Worcester race Course. Registration opens at 9:15am for 9:45am start and the conference closes at 3:30pm.

Representatives of third sector, voluntary and community organisations and networks across Worcestershire are invited to submit applications for two membership places of the Worcestershire Health and Social Care Leaders Forum. There will also be the opportunity for two deputy roles.

Patient Transport Service - Have Your Say

The three Worcestershire CCGs are set to begin the process of re-procuring the Patient Transport Service.

The Patient Transport Service is for patients with a medical need - meaning they require transport to and from hospital or other healthcare services for outpatient appointments and inpatient treatment. The service provides for a range of clinical circumstances such as, a patient may need to be transported lying down or to have oxygen while travelling.

If you would like to find out more about the service and have your say to help shape the future service please see the attached document which outlines the new proposals, or visit the South Worcestershire CCG site here.

The document includes a survey which you can complete and return by post,  or you can complete the survey online here. The deadline for this engagement period is Monday 2nd June.

There will also be a public meeting on Tuesday 27th May at St Peter's Baptist Church Centre, Eden Close, Worcester, WR5 3TZ, starting at 6pm, where you can speak with the commissioners and tell them your experiences.
