Recovery Toolkit for women who have experienced Domestic Abuse

Interested in how to maintain and develop your new life free from DOMESTIC ABUSE?

The course is free, refreshments are provided and it is held in a relaxed and safe environment.

This group will recognise the tremendous effort you have made in keeping you and your family as safe as possible, while helping you to acknowledge that coping strategies that you may have developed may not be helpful in your recovery and development of a new life free from abuse.

The programme aims to:
  • Empower women to recognise the psychological effects that domestic abuse can have on them and their families
  • Assist women to improve psychological well being
