The Freedom Programme

Are you interested in learning more about DOMESTIC ABUSE and how it has affected you?

The course is free, refreshments are provided and it is held in a relaxed and safe environment!

The Freedom Programme is for women who have experience of Domestic Abuse, be it past or present, personal or professional. You can start the programme at any time and all sessions are completely confidential. Contribution is encouraged but not essential.

The programme will help you to:
  • Understand the beliefs held by abusive men
  • Feel empowered to be more confident in your choices
  • Recognise the effects of Domestic Abuse in yourself and your children
  • Recognise potential abusers
