Engagement
Worcestershire Voices has three levels of engagement.
Stakeholders
- All organisations within the sector including social enterprises who see themselves as akin to VCS
- Members of the Worcestershire Partnership (http://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/partnership/)
- Civil society partners, for example, Chamber of Commerce
- Private sector organisations who wish to have better links and involvement with VCS
Worcestershire Voices provides stakeholders with regular updates via social media and newsletters. Information is collated from VCS and also includes local and national news.
Chair and Action Group
The Action Group’s function includes:
- Identifying issues that Voices could usefully engage with
- Developing strategies that influence policy and to promote sharing of best practice
- Commission background research in areas where more detailed analysis is required
- Maintaining budgetary responsibility and accountability for our mandate with Worcestershire Partnership / Funders
