How to choose a cloud-based Fundraising CRM

There’s lots of talk about fundraising software, sometimes referred to as CRM, but is it right for my organisation and if so what’s good and what’s not?

The first thing to remember is that buying it does not deliver funding. Once you have the software there is still a lot to do. It's more about a way to organise and use what you know already.

Blackbaud have produces a rather good guide and if you are thinking of going down this route it may be worth a read. You have to register to get it and that means you will get all their other stuff, but they are good and you can always unsubscribe once you have the guide.
