Worcestershire Young Carers Community Key Worker and Participation Lead

To facilitate the engagement of and identification of young carers within a geographical area, (North or South of the county).

To undertake assessments of families referred to the service and ensure identified young carers are offered a level of service that reflects theirs and their families’ needs.
